TO ENSURE THE BEST EXPERIENCE FOR EVERY GUEST, WE KINDLY REQUEST YOUR ADHERENCE TO OUR HOUSE STANDARDS.
The Gift of Time
Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled ritual. This allows you to disconnect and enjoy a signature refreshment.
Late Arrivals: In honor of our next guest, late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment time, with the full ritual fee applicable.
Cancellations: We require 24-hour notice for any changes or cancellations.
Within 24 Hours: A 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
No-Shows: The full 100% ritual fee will be processed.
Specialized Care & Safety
The Maternal Sanctuary: We only perform full-body massages after the first trimester (12 weeks). Facials and nail rituals remain available throughout.
Senior Guests: We offer tailored pressure and easy-access suite setups for our senior guests. Please inform us of any mobility requirements when booking.
Post-Surgical: For guests recovering from surgery, we require a medical clearance note. We specialize in gentle, post-operative lymphatic support.
Allergies: Please disclose any nut, iodine, or skin allergies to your therapist during your consultation.
Quietude & Privacy
Digital Detox: To maintain our sanctuary’s vibration, all mobile devices must be powered off or placed on silent upon entry.
Photography: To protect the privacy of our guests and the intimacy of our hotel residency, photography is strictly prohibited in treatment areas.
Attire: We provide robes, slippers, and disposable undergarments for your total comfort.
